As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints via various channels, providing accurate product information, and resolving issues efficiently. You will also maintain customer records, update databases, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy,



and patience when interacting with customers.
