Role Purpose

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing factory warehouse operations with a strong focus on operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety management, and effective coordination with 3PL partners in a limited‑space environment.

Responsibilities

- Oversee end‑to‑end factory warehouse operations, including raw material storage and outbound shipment coordination.
- Lead and manage warehouse teams, including 3PL service providers.
- Improve warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and processes through structured improvement plans.
- Ensure high inventory accuracy and system discipline using SAP.
- Drive safety management and compliance with EHS and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams.
- Communicate effectively in English with local and regional stakeholders.

Requirements

- At least 10 years of proven experience in factory warehouse management, including raw material handling and shipping coordination.




- Strong capability in managing large teams and supervising 3PL operations.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity.
- Valuable English communication skills; ability to support meetings with regional management is a plus.
- Experience working in home appliances manufacturing or similar industries preferred.
- Background in both factory warehouse and 3PL warehouse environments is an advantage.
- Able to operate independently and adapt quickly
