Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Demand Planning Lead with 12+ years of overall SAP Supply Chain experience and deep expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) – Demand Planning. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional consulting experience, lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations, engage with business stakeholders, and drive scalable demand planning solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP IBP Demand Planning implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP IBP functional solutions.
- Design and configure SAP IBP Demand Planning processes including Demand Planning, Statistical Forecasting, Demand Sensing, and Demand Review.
- Drive solution architecture, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP APO, CPI-DS, and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, solution workshops, and business process optimization sessions.
- Prepare Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, Test Scripts, Training Materials, and User Documentation.
- Support SIT, UAT,



cutover planning, and hypercare activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership across project teams.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, Agile methodologies, and project governance standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Planning, Development, and Integration teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- 12+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience with strong expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning.
- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP IBP Demand Planning configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Forecasting, Statistical Models, Demand Sensing, and Planning Operators.
- Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, APO, and CPI-DS.
- Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain Planning business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and production support.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and SAP implementation methodologies.
- Experience working with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Exposure to Python, Java, or C# for automation or integrations is an added advantage.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
