Category Management Intern

What You'll Do

As a Category Management Intern, you'll work closely with business and category leaders on high-impact initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. You will:

- Assist in managing and tracking P&L; at the category level
- Support process improvements and implementation of sales funnel strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, finance, supply chain) for smooth execution
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for business reviews and updates
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver with accuracy and timeliness
- Identify operational gaps and suggest data-driven solutions
- Contribute to strategic planning, pricing, assortment, and decision-making initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Students or recent graduates looking to build a career in Category Management, Business Operations, or Consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a go-getter mindset
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, category dynamics, or business process frameworks (preferred)
- Robust communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
