- Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in a related field (i.e. Talent Agency and/or Management, PR, Marketing).
- 1-2 years of experience managing direct reports.
- Advanced client service skills including personalized and solution-oriented support, effective communication, proactive problem solving and maintaining a deep and consistent understanding of client needs and expectations.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexible and adaptable, both internal and external.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume email/workload.
- Project management expertise including project and campaign cycles from start to finish, adhering to timelines, requirements, etc. Communicating relevant updates to clients + team members as needed.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented work style.
- A passion for social media and an interest in developing relationships across talent and brands.
- Responsibilities
- Manage a talent roster of 4-6 clients
- Handle consistent communication with talent and provide counsel across all business matters, including social media, industry trends, brand extensions, and growth trajectory.
- Lead all facets of a client's business including overall strategy, negotiations, and overseeing campaign execution with team members.
- Leverage existing relationships with brand and agency contacts for deal flow and revenue quotas.
- Management of interns and/or direct reports
- Actively and reactively assist in ongoing talent pitches/project development, both for own clients as well as agency-wide.
- Develop creative and strategic program ideas with talent's strengths/successes and development goals in mind.
- Keep a laser eye on the industry including staying up to date with brands engaging in influencer marketing, new talent, and more.
- Lead training across the agency
- Successfully train and manage direct reports
- Overseeing relationship building for Junior team
