Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with project goals. The engineer will coordinate efforts across teams, troubleshoot challenges, and continuously refine application features to meet evolving requirements, fostering a cooperative and solution-oriented work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Experience with integration design and development within Workday environments.
