- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Solid knowledge of report design and configuration within Workday environments.
- Experience in data extraction, transformation, and presentation tailored to business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex reporting issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integrating Workday reports with other enterprise systems to support comprehensive data analysis.
- Skilled in optimizing report performance and ensuring data accuracy and security.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
