Role Description: The Senior Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat.

This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for OEM, private label, and white label beverage solutions, as well as managing and growing existing client accounts.

Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company goals.

The Senior Sales Executive will track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing, particularly OEM, private label,



or white label services, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to understand product specifications, pricing structures, and supply chain considerations to guide client decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and sales documentation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to managing pipelines.
- Comfort working on-site in Surat and collaborating with cross-functional teams across production and operations.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
