Job Purpose:

The Assistant Manager of Product Management will have to support the Kitchen & Furniture Fittings product vertical by assisting in product launches, ensuring successful market penetration, driving training initiatives, resolving product complaints, and supporting sales revenue generation through channel partners. The role acts as a link between product management, sales, service, and marketing functions for the Symmetry product line.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the launch of recent products and ensure everything is ready for market release
- Maintain product data, specifications, and marketing materials accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of product-related activities
- Help achieve sales targets by working closely with dealers and distributors
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and provide them regular support
- Track sales performance and suggest ways to improve growth




- Visit markets regularly to understand customer needs, competitor products, and challenges
- Share useful insights with product and sales teams for better decision-making
- Plan and conduct product training sessions for sales teams and partners
- Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure proper understanding of products
- Handle product-related complaints by coordinating with service and quality teams
- Ensure issues are resolved properly and within timelines
- Identify recurring problems and suggest long-term improvements
- Prepare and update product specification documents with technical and commercial details
- Ensure all product information is accurate and easily available for internal and external use
