Role Overview

We are looking for a Learner Success & Operations Specialist to manage the learner journey after enrollment by ensuring seamless onboarding, learner engagement, program coordination, and academic operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Onboard learners and provide support with LMS, Slack, and WhatsApp communities.
- Resolve learner queries related to schedules, LMS access, billing, and program policies.
- Conduct regular learner follow-ups, collect feedback, and improve learner engagement.
- Identify at-risk learners and proactively reduce drop-offs.
- Coordinate live classes, mentor schedules, and academic operations.
- Manage LMS content,



recordings, study materials, assignments, and project submissions.
- Track attendance, learner progress, and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate resume reviews, mock interviews, and support placement tracking.

Eligibility

- 1–3 years of experience in Learner Success, Customer Success, Academic Operations, or EdTech.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, Google Meet, and collaboration tools.
- Basic understanding of Python, Machine Learning, or Generative AI is preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
