- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM & MAM)
- Proven experience in SCCM (Configuration Manager) administration
- Hands-on experience with SCCM to Intune migration / Co-Management
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 endpoint management
- Experience with Windows Autopilot
- Solid understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
- Experience managing:
- Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Win32, LOB, Store, and Web applications
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Experience with:
- Device compliance policies
- Configuration profiles
- Security baselines
- Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
- Experience with incident and problem management
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
