Role Description The Microsoft Dynamics ERP Engineer role is a part-time remote position focused on supporting, configuring, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments for a variety of clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, designing and implementing ERP configurations, managing integrations with other systems, and troubleshooting functional and technical issues. The engineer will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and support deployment activities. Additional tasks may include performance optimization,



security configuration within the ERP system, supporting data migration efforts, and preparing clear technical and user documentation. The role requires consistent communication with distributed teams and adherence to best practices for change management and quality control.
Qualifications

- Solid planning and production planning skills to design, configure, and schedule ERP processes effectively.
- Robust analytical skills and project control capabilities to interpret business requirements, monitor progress, and ensure delivery within scope.
- Clear, professional communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in remote settings.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Business Central) including configuration, customization, and support.
- Understanding of ERP best practices in areas such as finance, supply chain, and operations, preferably within regulated or security-conscious industries.
- Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, and data migration techniques related to Microsoft Dynamics and other enterprise systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Experience with cybersecurity principles, compliance frameworks, or MSP environments is a plus.
