Project Role : Deployment Lead

Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:

As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment plan that encompasses scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. This role requires close collaboration with various project teams to ensure all deployment activities are synchronized and interdependencies are effectively managed. Monitoring progress and controlling the deployment process are key daily tasks, alongside facilitating training sessions and pilot programs to support a smooth rollout. The Deployment Lead plays a pivotal role in maintaining alignment across teams and driving the deployment to successful completion through strategic planning and coordination.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of deployment strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely resolution of issues.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Robust expertise in data analysis and interpretation within human capital management systems.
- Experience in managing deployment schedules, resource planning, and budget tracking.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project interdependencies.
- Skilled in monitoring project metrics and implementing corrective actions to maintain deployment timelines.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate training sessions and stakeholder engagement.
