We are seeking an experienced Area Service Executive to manage after-sales service operations within the assigned area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely installation, maintenance, repairs, and excellent customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to coordinate with various teams and resolve customer complaints effectively.

The Area Service Executive will be responsible for managing after-sales service operations within the assigned territory, including coordinating installation, repair, and maintenance activities, supervising field technicians and authorized service centers, and ensuring timely closure of service requests within TAT.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and improving service quality, monitoring spare parts availability and inventory, conducting field visits and performance audits, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.

In addition,



the Area Service Executive will be responsible for tracking KPIs such as TAT, FTFR, Repeat Calls, and CSAT, training technicians on products, troubleshooting, and safety, and coordinating with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in after-sales service, field service, or service operations in the home appliances/consumer durables industry.

Experience with brands such as LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Haier, Godrej, Voltas, Panasonic, IFB, Bosch, Crompton, Havells, or Bajaj Electricals is preferred.

The successful candidate will be a robust leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
