We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in full stack development, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and customer-facing engagements with US-based clients.

This role requires a robust technical leader who can architect solutions, mentor engineers, manage deliveries, and actively contribute to development and operational activities.

Candidates with experience in IoT-based systems and distributed architectures will be preferred.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 5+ engineers, working closely with US-based customers to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions, and driving end-to-end delivery of scalable and high-performance applications.

The Technical Lead will also be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full stack applications and backend services, developing scalable APIs and microservices using Golang and Python, and developing and maintaining frontend applications using React.

The Technical Lead will also be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance communication services using gRPC, working on IoT-based platforms, device integrations, and real-time data processing systems,



and working extensively with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

The Technical Lead will also be responsible for designing and optimizing complex queries in BigQuery, implementing monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus, and handling DevOps activities including CI/CD, deployments, infrastructure monitoring, and production support.

The Technical Lead will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success, participating in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making, and ensuring application reliability, scalability, security, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and customer-facing engagements, and should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, and should be able to mentor and lead a team of engineers.
