We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Executive to manage day-to-day banking operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth branch operations, maintaining operational accuracy, supporting customer service, and complying with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.

As an Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our banking operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any relevant discipline, and 1-5 years of experience in Banking Operations, preferably with a Bank or NBFC.





The candidate should have a good understanding of banking operations, KYC, AML, and compliance procedures, as well as strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent communication and customer service skills, good analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are essential for this role.
