Position: Stores Executive Location: Construction Site, Pokhran Road, Thane About the Role DSS Group is looking for a Stores Executive to manage store operations at a high-rise residential construction project. The role involves inventory management, material handling, stock control, ERP documentation, and coordination with site and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities  Material Receipt & Inspection  Inventory Management  ERP Entries & Documentation  Material Issue to Site  Stock Monitoring & Reconciliation  Storage & Safety  Coordination with Purchase & Site Team  Reporting Ideal Candidate Profile Experience  Experience in store management at construction sites.  Experience working on high-rise residential projects will be preferred.



Knowledge & Skills  Positive knowledge of construction finished materials used in high-rise residential buildings, including tiles, sanitaryware, electrical fittings, plumbing materials, doors, hardware, paint materials, and related products.  Working knowledge of ERP-based inventory management systems such as Tally, Farvision, SAP, or similar platforms.  Good understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and material management processes.  Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation practices. Education  Graduate in any discipline. Relevant qualifications in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Engineering will be an added advantage.
