We are seeking an experienced Asst. Manager — QA to join our team at Up-to-date Packaging Company in Valsad, Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing recommendations and solutions regarding problems related to quality aspects across the organization and cross-functional linkages for quality.
This role will also involve representing the company during client visits, audits, and regulatory agency inspections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The Asst. Manager — QA will be responsible for compiling and maintaining all Technical Data as required from customers directly or through corporate. This will involve auditing production and QC Department periodically to ensure adequacy of documentation, compliance to technical dockets, and effectiveness of corrective & preventive actions.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining CAPA and complaint handling systems, ensuring timely reporting, adequate root cause investigations, and compliance to scheduling and completion of resulting action items.
Additionally, the Asst. Manager — QA will be responsible for collating, evaluating data, and identifying areas for improvements, evolving/recommending and implementing remedial actions, following PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Analyse) cycle, and monitoring effectiveness.
