We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at Indus Valley. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring for non-IT and sales positions.

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial candidate assessments. You will also coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports, and build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
