We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of Pickers and Packers, ensuring timely order fulfillment, productivity, inventory accuracy, quality standards, and workplace safety.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team to achieve daily operational targets. They will be responsible for allocating daily tasks, monitoring team performance, and ensuring accurate picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch of orders.

The Team Leader will also be responsible for conducting quality checks to minimize errors and damages, maintaining inventory accuracy, and reporting stock discrepancies.



They will work closely with the inventory, transport, and operations teams to ensure seamless operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. They will also have basic computer skills, including Excel, WMS, scanners, and handheld devices.
