We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team at organisation. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience across financial accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), and revenue management.

This role is critical in driving financial reporting, supporting the CFO with data for CXO / Board reporting, strategic decision-making, and ensuring strong financial governance.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial accounting operations, leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, and developing and managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

You will also provide insightful financial analysis to support business strategy and decision-making, monitor and optimize revenue streams, pricing strategies, and profitability metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS, and experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as Excel, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) software, and other relevant tools.

They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales.

The Finance Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the business.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and a Certified Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.

They will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in financial accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), and revenue management, with a strong track record of delivering financial results and driving business growth.
