We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager - Payroll to oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with GreytHR software and handling payroll for a large employee base of over 1,000 employees.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of payroll compliance, and the ability to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.

The Assistant Manager - Payroll will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for 1,000+ employees using GreytHR software. This includes ensuring accurate calculation and processing of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and perks.

The Assistant Manager - Payroll will also be responsible for maintaining and updating payroll data, including employee information, leaves, attendance, and tax details. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.

The Assistant Manager - Payroll will prepare and file statutory reports and returns accurately and on time.



They will also address employee queries related to payroll and resolve issues efficiently.

The Assistant Manager - Payroll will coordinate with HR and Finance departments for seamless payroll operations. They will implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality.

The Assistant Manager - Payroll will generate payroll reports for management review and audit purposes. They will also keep abreast of changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or a related field. They will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll management.

The Assistant Manager - Payroll will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in their work.
