We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our sales and admissions team in the Uttar Pradesh region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving admissions growth, achieving business targets, and managing relationships with educational institutions and channel partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Uttar Pradesh market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and team management.

Responsibilities will include leading, training, and motivating the sales/admissions team, meeting college and coaching institute heads to generate admissions, conducting presentations and promotional activities, managing relationships with educational institutions and channel partners, preparing sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports, tracking market trends and competitor activities, and driving admissions growth and achieving business targets.

The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the sales and admissions team to achieve business targets, develop and implement sales strategies,



and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and inspire the sales and admissions team to achieve their best.

The role will require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
