We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and assemblies for our products.
You will work closely with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine design and component design, with proficiency in AutoCAD and a good understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
You will be responsible for preparing detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD for machines, assemblies, and individual components.
You will design mechanical components and assemblies as per functional and manufacturing requirements.
You will develop concept designs, layouts, and working drawings.
You will modify and improve existing designs to enhance performance, cost,
and manufacturability.
You will coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure design feasibility.
You will prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical specifications.
You will ensure designs comply with relevant engineering standards and safety norms.
You will support troubleshooting and design changes during manufacturing and installation.
You will maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and design changes.
