As a Customer Delight Associate, you will be the dynamic first point of contact for our fitness community. This role directly executes top-tier engagement strategies by addressing evolving user needs and ensuring multi-channel satisfaction across email, live chat, and voice support.

Your core focus will be to manage complex queries, resolve technical or service-related bottlenecks efficiently, and consistently engineer seamless interactions that go well above and beyond traditional customer support benchmarks.

Guided by a fierce Customer-First philosophy, you will foster long-term customer health relationships and play a foundational role in iteratively uplifting the global FITTR user journey.

The ideal candidate will have a deep-seated passion for client services,



community building, or hospitality, with a proven ability to process customer issues with patience, empathy, and absolute professionalism.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional support, solving customer challenges, delivering delight, and maintaining performance standards.

Key performance indicators will include first response time (FRT), average resolution time (ART), ticket backlog management, and quality assurance/customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
