Snabbit is seeking a Field Recruiter to source experts for various roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and recruitment, with a robust ability to pitch opportunities to prospective workers.

The role involves driving conversion by owning the entire funnel of an expert's journey, from initial contact to onboarding.

The successful candidate will be responsible for finding and approaching potential workers, distributing promotional material, collecting contact details, and coordinating qualified leads to the training centre.

This is a field-based role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
