7-10 years’ experience of Adaptable Packaging Industry (Out of which 3-5 years’ experience of Asst. Manager Level)
IPQC work experience of gravure printing, solvent-based and solvent-less lamination, blown film extrusion & slitting)
Responsibilities
· Will provide recommendations and solutions regarding problems related to quality aspects across organization and cross functional linkages for quality.
· Will represent company during client visits, audits and regulatory agency inspections.
· To compile and maintain all Technical Data as required from customers directly or through corporate.
· To audit production and QC Department periodically to ensure adequacy of documentation, compliance to technical dockets and effectiveness of corrective & preventive actions.
· Maintain CAPA and complaint handling systems, ensuring timely reporting, adequate root cause investigations and compliance to scheduling and completion of resulting action items.
· Collate, evaluate data and identify areas for improvements, Evolve/Recommend and implement remedial actions, follow PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Analyse) cycle and monitor effectiveness.
· Follow and implement ISO Quality Management System.
· To get analysis On-line and Off-line products
· To Control sample management, checking and recording.
· To get done Chemical / Physical Analysis of RM, PM and FG and generate Analysis Report.
· To get Supervise and ensure that all raw materials are accepted as per the Specifications.
· To get Supervise and ensure that all inspections and tests of raw materials, in process are complied with standard specification.
· To get verify Analysis Report of the incoming Raw-material and Packaging Material.
· To get prepared Specifications of RM/PM.
· To get Supplier evaluation in coordination with purchase.
· Communication to supplier w.r.t. Internal Complaints of RM/PM, and trend analysis of the same.
· To get supervise and Ensuring Raw Material / Packing Material HOLD/PASS/REJECT system is maintained.
