The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with GreytHR software and handling payroll for a large employee base of over 1,000 employees. This role requires strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of payroll compliance, and the ability to ensure timely and accurate salary processing. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 1,000+ employees using GreytHR software. Ensure accurate calculation and processing of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and advantages. Maintain and update payroll data,
including employee information, leaves, attendance, and tax details. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, and other applicable labor laws. Prepare and file statutory reports and returns accurately and on time. Address employee queries related to payroll and resolve issues efficiently. Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for seamless payroll operations. Implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality. Generate payroll reports for management review and audit purposes. Keep abreast of changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates.
