We are looking for a high-potential Electrical Estimation Engineer with solid first-principles thinking, clarity of design understanding, and hands-on experience in electrical design, quantity take-off, and costing.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to work close to real engineering, real numbers, and real decision-making—not just BOQs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 1-4 years of experience in electrical design, quantity take-off, or costing roles.





They will be able to approach costing using first-principles logic, support the development of structured rate libraries and standardised costing templates, and participate in improving estimation workflows and exploring automation-friendly costing methods.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
