A Trainer cum Operation Executive in the facility management industry bridges the gap between daily service delivery and workforce capability. Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Oversight
1. Site Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of facility services, including housekeeping, security, pantry, and building maintenance across assigned client sites. [1, 2]
2. Vendor & Asset Management: Supervise third-party vendor performance, track inventory of facility supplies (e.g., housekeeping chemicals), and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). [1]
3. Compliance & Audits: Monitor adherence to workplace safety regulations (OSHA, Fire Safety), labor compliances, and corporate uniform/ID guidelines. [1, 2]
4. SLA Enforcement: Measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), prepare performance reports, and handle client escalations. [1, 2]
2. Training & Development
1. Onboarding & Induction: Conduct new hire orientation covering corporate culture, basic body language, customer handling, and emergency protocols. [1, 2]
2. Technical & Soft Skills Training: Deliver specialized training modules, including proper handling of cleaning equipment/chemicals, security guard protocols, and grooming standards. [1, 2]

2. Performance Coaching: Act as a reporting manager for field executives and trainees, assign daily tasks, and create performance improvement plans.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field. Certifications in Health, Safety, and Workplace (HSE) or Facility Management are highly advantageous.
2. Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience combining facility operations, administration, and corporate training.
3. Skills Required: Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, vendor negotiation, and team management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and facility management software is critical.
4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with both clients and ground staff. Bilingual proficiency is highly valued in multilingual markets
