P4b is seeking detail-oriented and energetic Picker & Packer professionals to join its warehouse operations team. As a Picker & Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking products, packing them securely, and preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards across rotational shifts.

As a Picker & Packer, you will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are crucial. You will be responsible for picking products from storage locations according to system-generated orders,
packing items carefully using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit, and labeling cartons and preparing shipments for dispatch.
You will also be responsible for checking items for quantity and quality before packing, operating basic warehouse tools such as scanners and trolleys, and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety rules. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area and meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets are also essential responsibilities of this role.
Assisting in loading and unloading goods when required and reporting stock mismatches, damages, or safety issues to supervisors are also significant aspects of this role.
