We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to fill the role of Captain - Last Mile & Field Recruiter. This is a dual-responsibility position that combines ground-level operations management with aggressive field sourcing to scale our delivery fleet.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sourcing/recruitment and team handling, with experience in logistics, e-commerce, q-commerce, or food delivery sectors. Solid communication, negotiation, and people management skills are essential for success in this role.

The Captain will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting delivery riders, managing and motivating a team of delivery riders, and resolving on-ground rider grievances and application issues.
