We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) to develop and maintain strong client relationships within the freight forwarding and logistics sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, managing key accounts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
2. Generate new business opportunities for air, sea, and land freight services.
3. Understand customer logistics requirements and provide suitable freight solutions.
4. Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
5. Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.

Monitor customer satisfaction and address service-related issues promptly.
7. Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain sales.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
4. Positive understanding of international shipping, customs, and freight operations.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
1. Existing network of import/export clients.
2. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
