Responsibilities

1. Own product planning, feature definition, roadmap creation, and delivery coordination for mobile and AIenabled products.

2. Work with leadership, engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to translate product vision into executable product plans.

3. Define user journeys, feature requirements, acceptance criteria, workflows, and product documentation.

4. Think from user, business, technology, delivery, and scalability perspectives while shaping product features.

5. Drive B2C product thinking, including onboarding, engagement, retention, personalization, usability, and user experience flows.

6. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clear, technically feasible, and aligned with delivery timelines.

7. Prioritize features, manage trade-offs, track dependencies, and support sprint planning and release readiness.

8. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure product flows are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.

10. Ensure end-to-end delivery ownership from requirement discovery to development, testing, launch, and iteration.

Required Skills

1. Strong understanding of product management, product lifecycle, product roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.

2. Experience with B2C mobile applications, user-facing digital products, or AI-enabled platforms.

3. Good technical understanding of mobile applications, backend systems, APIs, AI/ML concepts, data flows, and platform architecture at a product level.

4. Ability to create product requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, flow diagrams, and delivery plans.

5. Strong user perspective with the ability to think through onboarding, engagement, personalization, usability, and retention.

Ability to balance business objectives, user needs, engineering feasibility, and delivery constraints.

7. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, Business, or a related field.

2. 5-6 years of experience in product management, technical product management, business analysis, or related product roles.

3. Experience working on mobile applications, B2C products, AI-enabled products, or platform-based digital products.

4. Robust ability to define product features, break down requirements, and manage product delivery end-to-end.

5. Ability to understand technical discussions and work closely with engineering teams without needing to code.

6. Experience managing product roadmaps, sprint priorities, feature releases, and stakeholder expectations.

7. Strong documentation skills and ability to produce clear product requirements and execution plans.

8. Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day delivery execution.

9. Strong ownership mindset, structured thinking, and ability to operate in a fast-paced product environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience working on AI/ML, personalization, recommendation, content, community, subscription, or consumer engagement products. 2. Exposure to analytics tools, product funnels, user behavior tracking, and performance dashboards.

3. Experience working with mobile app development teams across iOS, Android, React Native, or Flutter environments.

4. Understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, backend services, and AI product workflows at a product strategy level.

5. Prior experience in startup, SaaS, product engineering, or digital transformation environments.
