As a Jr BIM Engineer, you will act as the single owner of the BIM-to-Build pipeline—from parametric Revit families to accurate quantities, cost integration, shop drawings, and site-ready BOMs.

This role is not about drafting. It is about eliminating ambiguity in construction through intelligent BIM.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining highly parametric Revit families, ensuring that modelled items are exactly what is procured,



and that procured items are exactly what is installed.

You will also enable site teams to execute with minimal skill dependency.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about BIM and modular construction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Revit, 4D, 5D, and Cost-Driven BIM, as well as experience with parametric control, modular construction systems, manufacturing tolerances, and site installation constraints.

The candidate should also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
