For each Studio Pepperfry, work with the studio projects team to customize merchandising that

leverages the quirks of each property. Work on zoning layouts at the very beginning of the layout

planning process along with the Brand team.

• Apply the latest learnings in the principles of visual merchandizing to transform window shoppers

into prospective customers. Be aware of current and future market trends in lifestyle design so as

to apply learnings early and drive topline. Example: Samples, Swatches and Display of other key

elements like Mattress Samples, Fabric Samples or Wood Polish Samples.

• Ensure all Visual Marketing Ideas are in sync with the quarterly marketing calendar and apply

scalable execution skills to ensuring timely on-ground execution for customers.
