2. Quality Control: Ensure all finished products meet technical specifications, investigate non-conformities, and reduce scrap or fallout.
3. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and coach employees. Evaluate performance and address disciplinary or operational issues on the shop floor.
4. Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct accident investigations, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
5. Reporting: Track production metrics, manage raw material inventory, and prepare shift or status reports for senior management.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

1. Experience:



Typically requires 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production workplace.
2. Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, or production schematics.
3. Soft Skills: Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Knowledge: Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen principles, or Six Sigma is highly preferred
