Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination • Drive employee engagement initiatives and team activities • Handle HR data, MIS reports, attendance & trackers • Handle onboarding, HR operations, and people processes • Work closely with leadership in shaping workplace culture What We’re Looking For: • Hands-on HR experience across recruitment & HR operations • Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Reporting, etc.) • Excellent communication and ownership mindset • Ability to multitask in a startup workplace • Knowledge of labour laws / HRMS is a plu
