We are seeking an experienced Endur Developer to join our strategic Energy Trading transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a Greenfield, cloud-hosted Endur implementation and contribute across the complete project lifecycle.

As an Endur Developer, you will work alongside highly skilled energy trading professionals and business SMEs, helping build next-generation ETRM solutions while expanding your expertise in Endur and commodity trading systems.

The role offers a chance to work on a cutting-edge project, develop your skills, and be part of a dynamic team.

You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable solutions based on functional and technical requirements, building and enhancing solutions within Endur/energy trading platforms, and participating in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, and production support.

You will also diagnose and resolve issues in business-critical production applications, develop high-quality, maintainable,



and productive code using Core Java and SQL, contribute to Agile project delivery and CI/CD practices, mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing, collaborate with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively, and drive innovative approaches for solving complex trading and operational challenges.

The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Core Java and SQL. You will be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
