Core Responsibilities

1. Equipment Operation: Set up, monitor, and operate manufacturing machinery, tools, and assembly lines.
2. Quality Control: Inspect and test raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet strict company standards and specifications.
3. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and quickly diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical malfunctions.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, equipment usage reports, and quality metrics.

1. Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical,
