FUNCTION: DISPATCH

ROLE: LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

QUALIFICATION: - MBA (LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT) ON EXPERIENCE: LOGISTICS

EXPERIENCE 5 to 7 YEARS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Logistics– Organizing vehicles based on the dispatch memo received through Junior Executive Day before

2.Company Vehicle Management – Vehicle arrangement, vendor negotiation, maintenance coordination, driver

Arrangement, and attendance monitoring.

3.Cold Storage Management – Monitoring and maintaining cold storage operations and inventory.

4.Logistics Management – Handling inward and outward logistics operations in a timely manner.

5.Inform Billing supervisor to prepare invoice and loading supervisor for DISPATCH of the order and receive

information on group regarding vehicle loading and sealing

6. ACCONTING and monitoring OF RM stocks in COLD STORAGE STOCK – 2 no. and inform purchase in case of

stock following below min stock level

7. MANAGING COMPANY VEHICLES for local transportation

8. INTERNAL TRANSFER
