We are seeking an experienced .NET Senior Professional with strong technical leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies.
The successful candidate will participate in requirement gathering, solution architecture, software development, mentoring, code reviews, and project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of software quality.
This role requires the ability to independently design and develop complex modules, work with contemporary web technologies, and contribute to Agile delivery processes.
As a senior technical analyst, you will be responsible for leading technical discussions, designing software architecture, and developing clean, scalable, maintainable, and efficient code using .NET technologies.
You will also be responsible for building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting applications and systems, as well as refactoring, optimizing, troubleshooting, and debugging existing applications.
Additionally, you will develop and maintain technical documentation throughout the SDLC, analyze technical requirements,
and design reusable components.
You will also guide development efforts toward successful project delivery, provide mentoring, coaching, and technical leadership to team members, and review code quality and enforce development standards and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies, Microsoft technologies, and Agile delivery processes.
They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, technical leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
