KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Regional Vendor Identification & Onboarding (35% of role) • Identify regional and city-specific B2B courier/transport companies across key markets — Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, and Tier-2 cities. • Evaluate regional players on lane-specific coverage, vehicle fleet size/type, dark store and warehouse delivery experience, appointment delivery capability, pricing competitiveness, and technology readiness (tracking, POD, API integration potential). • Negotiate commercial terms including per-kg/per-shipment rates, volumetric slabs, COD settlement cycles, credit terms, penalty clauses for SLA breaches, and fuel surcharge structures. • Drive end-to-end vendor onboarding — documentation (GST, PAN, agreement execution), system integration with the Yolojet platform , rate card setup, lane mapping, and initial trial runs. • Build and maintain a curated vendor directory organized by city/zone, specialization (PTL, FTL, hyperlocal, cold chain, fragile cargo), and performance tier. • Attend logistics exhibitions, industry meetups,



transport Nagar visits, and regional trade events to source recent vendor relationships. B. Courier Operations Management (25% of role) • Own day-to-day operational relationships with all courier partners — both national and newly onboarded regional players. • Monitor SLA adherence across all partners: on-time pickup, transit TAT, appointment slot compliance, POD upload timelines, and damage/shortage (DEPS) rates. • Manage escalations — shipment delays, lost shipments, failed deliveries, mis-routes — with a resolution-first approach. Coordinate between the client operations team and the courier partner’s local hub. • Conduct weekly/monthly partner reviews using performance dashboards. Present data-backed recommendations for lane reallocation, rate renegotiation, or partner replacement. • Manage courier billing reconciliation — verify invoices against rate cards, flag weight/dimension discrepancies, and ensure timely payme
