AVPL International is seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Regional Branch Head — Agri Drone & Education Sales to lead branch operations, drive revenue generation, and expand market presence across assigned regions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in rural sales, business development, team leadership, and educational program promotion. Experience in industries such as Insurance, MLM, Tractor Sales, Agri Inputs, EdTech, Skill Development, or Rural Marketing will be highly preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Agri Drone solutions, drone training programs, and education-based services across assigned branches, and will be expected to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

The role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement branch-wise sales strategies to maximize market penetration and customer acquisition.

The Regional Branch Head — Agri Drone & Education Sales will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end branch operations with a focus on sales productivity and operational efficiency. This includes leading, mentoring,



and monitoring branch sales teams to achieve business goals, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, training, operations, and support teams, and maintaining high standards of customer engagement and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the agriculture and education industries, as well as experience in sales and business development. They will be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and drive revenue growth.
