1. Manage end-to-end distribution operations across the South region, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries
2. Lead and manage on-ground teams
3. Monitor daily operations, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
4. Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
5. Drive key projects focused on cost optimization, service level improvement, and process enhancement
6. Ensure adherence to compliance, safety, and operational SOPs
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Customer Support, S&OP; , Studio, Category) for smooth operations
8. Plan and optimize distribution network, routes, and load utilization
9. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
Track KPIs such as TTD adherence, Refund, Fuel consumption, and productivity metrics
