Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Data Engineer cum Application Developer who can work on business applications, ERP

data integration, reporting automation, Microsoft 365 workflows, and digital transformation projects.

The candidate should have practical experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask,

frontend basics like JavaScript and HTML, database handling, ERP systems, Microsoft 365, Power Automate,

business analysis, and contemporary AI tools.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain internal business applications using Django and/or Flask.

• Build frontend screens using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, forms, tables, dashboards, and report pages.

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple business sources.

• Integrate ERP data with application databases, dashboards, and reporting systems.

• Develop automated workflows using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Outlook, Teams,

and Power Automate.

• Create department-wise MIS reports, dashboards, approval workflows, tracking tools, and

notification systems.





• Understand business requirements from users and convert them into practical application features.

• Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Production, QC, HR, Stores, Sales, and Management teams.

• Support ERP data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and business reporting.

Skills required:

• Experience in ERP and manufacturing reporting.

• Knowledge of inventory, production, QC, accounts, sales, HR, and maintenance.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Excel automation.

• Understanding of ETL, data validation, and reporting systems.

• Experience with AI-assisted automation and data analysis.

Education & Certification Requirements

Degree: Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
