As an Admission Counsellor - Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process for prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential students, provide them with information about our institution, programs, and services, and guide them through the admission process.

You will utilize your strong communication and sales skills to effectively convert inquiries into enrollments. This position requires a results-oriented individual who is passionate about education and possesses excellent interpersonal abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any field and 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector. They will be proficient in CRM software and other relevant technology tools.

The Admission Counsellor - Inside Sales will be responsible for counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different UG & PG courses offered. They will also be responsible for counselling through Data Calling, online chat server, advising students on specific degree programs and admission procedures, collecting feedback from participants and consolidating the same, handling queries over telephone,



converting leads to admissions, recording and maintaining and calling on given leads, and maintaining telephonic and walk-in record for the day.
