GirnarSoft is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java) to lead feature development, ensure engineering excellence, mentor developers, and deliver scalable backend and frontend systems. This role requires strong ownership across architecture, technical delivery, cloud deployment, and modern engineering productivity practices.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services using Java, Groovy, and Grails, building reusable and high-performance React UI components, and owning API design, module architecture, and data modelling decisions.

You will also conduct detailed code reviews and mentor engineering teams, ensuring performance, maintainability, scalability, and security standards. Collaboration with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams is essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Groovy, and Grails, with experience in designing and developing scalable backend services. They will also have expertise in React, JavaScript, and jQuery, with a strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

The candidate should have experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, and have a strong understanding of cloud deployment across AWS, Azure, or GCP. They should also have production monitoring, observability, logging, and troubleshooting expertise.
