Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day

administrative operations at our plant facility. The candidate will be responsible for employee

monitoring, housekeeping coordination, canteen hygiene supervision, guest arrangements, and

overall facility management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct employee frisking and ensure compliance with company security protocols.

Monitor employee arrival and departure timings regularly.

Take initiatives and awareness efforts to reduce tobacco consumption within the workplace.

Supervise housekeeping activities and maintain cleanliness standards across the premises.

Perform daily canteen hygiene inspections and ensure food safety standards are maintained.

Arrange guest amenities including shoes, aprons, head caps, and other required safety items

during plant visits.

Manage guest house and colony administration activities efficiently.





Coordinate with internal departments for smooth administrative operations.

Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene standards within the facility.

Required Skills

Good administrative and coordination skills

Solid monitoring and reporting abilities

Knowledge of workplace hygiene and facility management

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in plant administration or factory environment will be preferred.

Candidate should be disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Ability to manage guest relations and employee coordination effectively.
