We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MIS Executive to maintain accurate, updated, and reliable operational data across RDash, factory daily review sheets, project trackers, dispatch trackers, and management reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and RDash/ERP/CRM software. This role is designed to support operational visibility, accountability, and daily update discipline across Durall's factory and project operations.

The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate entries for New Projects, Ongoing, Work in Progress, Balance Work, On Hold, and Closed/Archived projects in RDash. They will also ensure that RDash reflects the latest status shared by factory, project, purchase, QC, and dispatch teams.

The MIS Executive will work closely with department heads to ensure that they update their portion of work before leaving for the day. They will also track daily progress against planned work and highlight delayed or blocked items.

The MIS Executive will prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for management review and maintain reports for pending work, delayed items, P1 critical items, dispatch due, QC issues, rework, balance work, and blocked items.





They will also create simple Excel/Google Sheet summaries for review meetings and support Power BI or dashboard preparation by keeping the source data clean and structured.

The MIS Executive will maintain consistent project names, job IDs, dates, owner names, status tags, and remarks. They will remove duplicate data and correct inconsistent formatting and archive completed records only after approval from the reporting manager.

The MIS Executive will ensure that data entered is accurate, traceable, and updated on time. They will follow up politely but firmly with department heads for missing updates and coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Cutting, Assembly, Glazing, QC, Dispatch, Factory Head, and Project Coordinators for operational data.

The MIS Executive will escalate missing or delayed updates to the reporting manager and maintain update discipline without taking over departmental ownership.
